Evoka AI provides an AI assistant platform that automates the sales process, from consultation to closing deals. Services include:

• Customer needs analysis and prediction
• Knowledge and product data management
• Integration with websites and other platforms

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login information secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access

4. Use of Service

5. Payment and Refunds

Refunds: We provide a refund policy within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied with the service. After this period, refunds do not apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evoka AI is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Actions of users or third parties

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You fail to pay on time
• There is fraudulent or abusive behavior

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
